Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received it, no questions asked. Please send it back to us in its original packaging.  credit will be in the form of the original payment method. Your refund total will equal the merchandise price, less the actual shipping costs associated with both initial and return shipment. This is irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order. There is a 10% restocking fee applicable

Damages

If an item has been damaged in transit, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible.

Faults & Warranty

If an item arrives that is faulty, missing parts, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible.  

*Pre-order Item

Pre-order Items are items that are not currently in stock, but that we expect to receive and despatch in within the stated timeframe. When pre-ordering one of these items, you're ensuring that you are among the first to receive the product when it becomes available.

Packaging

Where possible we prefer to deliver items using the supplier or manufacturer's original packaging to reduce waste caused by re-packaging.

Standard Delivery

This item will be delivered by one of our national carrier partners, e.g. Australia Post, Allied Express, Couriers Please, Fastway, Star Track Express, Toll Express or other carrier as appropriate.

Delivery process
Standard Delivery is a fast and cost effective shipping method that delivers direct to your front door, mailbox, front entrance, foyer, reception or other ground floor parcel receiving location (sorry, our delivery drivers cannot go upstairs or go past the front door).

Standard Delivery will usually occur Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) but could occur outside of these hours during peak periods. We do our best to keep you informed along the way as to when your delivery will arrive. We send emails and SMS alerts to let you know when your order is in transit and on the day of delivery to you. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a choice of delivery day or time for these types of deliveries.

Delivery costs
We select the carrier with the best price option available at the time you place your order, saving you time and money!

To see the cost of shipping, simply add items to your shopping cart, enter your postcode and a shipping cost estimate will be displayed. Final shipping costs are shown “in cart” during the checkout process, before the final payment step.

Our best price shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors including the size, weight and number of items in your order, where your items are shipping from (we ship from a network of warehouses all over Australia) and where your items are shipping to.

First-time delivery
Did you know that our customers who authorise couriers to leave parcels in a safe place, known as an “Authority to Leave” (ATL), receive their goods faster and have higher levels of customer satisfaction?

If you can’t be home to receive your delivery, we encourage you to authorise couriers to leave parcels in a safe place out of the weather. You can provide this instruction during checkout. This will allow you to receive your goods first-time and avoid the hassle of missed deliveries and re-deliveries.

If you prefer not to allow us to leave your delivery in a safe place, we will require authorisation on delivery. Under social distancing for contactless deliveries, our drivers will ask for your name and sign on your behalf.

Multiple shipments
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship your items separately, at no additional cost to you, to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible.

 

 

 

Next day and Fast Track dispatch

Next day dispatch applies to sale events and products displaying the 'Next Day Dispatch' icon. Fast Track applies to all items and products that display an estimated dispatch time of 1-3 business days.

Orders received and processed by us before 11:59pm AEST each business day will be dispatched on the following business day for Next Day Dispatch items, and within 1-3 business days for Fast Track items. Orders received and processed by us on Friday or weekend days will be dispatched on the following Monday for Next Day dispatch items, whilst Fast Track will dispatch within 1-3 business days following the preceding weekend.
